We offer a variety of classes throughout the week, including both Gi and No-Gi sessions. Our classes are designed for students of all skill levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners. Our instructors are experienced and passionate about teaching Jiu-jitsu, and are committed to helping you achieve your goals. Please note that our schedule may be subject to change, so we encourage you to check back regularly for updates. Kids Classes (Ages 5-8 and Ages 8+)

Jiu-Jitsu (Gi)

Learn the foundations of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in a structured and supportive environment. Classes focus on techniques, self-defense, and character development while building confidence and discipline.

No-Gi

Practice Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu without the traditional uniform (Gi). This dynamic class emphasizes movement, transitions, and applying techniques in fast-paced scenarios.

Workshops (Ages 8+)

Specialized training sessions designed to enhance skills, particularly for competition. These include detailed drills, sparring practice, and scenario training. Ideal for students looking to refine their techniques or prepare for tournaments.

Adult Classes

Fundamentals (Gi and No-Gi)

Master foundational techniques focused on primary pin positions such as Back, Mount, Side Control, and Turtle. Perfect for beginners and those looking to solidify their base.

All Levels (Gi and No-Gi)

Open to practitioners of all experience levels, this class bridges basic and advanced techniques. It incorporates primary pins, neutral positions, and a mix of foundational and more intricate techniques.

Advanced (Gi and No-Gi)

Take your game to the next level with an emphasis on guard retention, sweeps, passes, takedowns, and submissions. This class rotates quarterly to ensure a diverse and engaging learning experience.

MMA Fundamentals

A beginner-friendly introduction to Mixed Martial Arts, focusing on striking, grappling, and transitions between disciplines. Build well-rounded skills while improving fitness and coordination.

Jiu-Jitsu Sparring (Gi)

An open format for students to apply their techniques in live training scenarios. Build confidence, adaptability, and endurance.

No-Gi Sparring

A fast-paced sparring session without the traditional uniform, focusing on applying techniques and strategies in real-time situations.z

MMA Sparring

Advanced sparring sessions focusing on MMA techniques. Controlled and safe, designed for experienced practitioners to refine their skill

Advanced training sessions for students looking to deepen their understanding of techniques or prepare for competition. Topics vary but include intensive drilling, situational sparring, and competition-focused strategies

Open Mats

  • Club Open Mats: Reserved for Kodokan students, providing a dedicated time to refine techniques and bond with teammates.
  • Public Open Mats: Open to all students and guests, these sessions provide a welcoming space to practice, spar, or socialize with the BJJ community. Contributions like reviews, social tags, or donations to community causes are encouraged.
